The purpose of work was the estimation of results of inclusion of a new home two - component probiotic florin-forte in a complex therapy of acute intestinal infections in children of early age with revealing immune shifts at diarrheas and definition of influence on immunological parameters. Administration of florin forte favors reduction of terms of intoxication and diarrheal syndrome. Comparison of laboratory results of application of florin forte, bifidumbacterin and antibiotics testifies in favor of prescription of a two-component probiotic. Are aggravated disbiotic disorders after treatment of patients by antibiotics and parameters of immunity worsened. Children, who received bifidumbacterin, less intensively, i.e. for a longer time, have a restoration of normoflora and stimulation Т-helper component of immunity system. The importance of inclusion in a probiotic of the second strain (lactobacilli) has been proved by use of formulas of definition of targets of influence of preparations. In this paper it is shown, that: - marked gap in handbooks of treatment of children with acute intestinal infections have allowed to formulate the basic purpose of the undertaken dissertational research: studying of frequency of occurrence of secondary lactase insufficiency in children of early age during acute intestinal infections, the basic methods of its correction; - children of first 3 years of life during acute period of acute intestinal infections in 91 % of cases have secondary lactase insufficiency with increase of carbohydrates in feces, including> 1 % have 54,3 % of children; - inclusion during acute period of acute intestinal infections of a medical low lactose home product «Bifidok yoghurt low lactose with bifidobacteria », a mix Klinutren - junior with absence of lactose or a probiotic florin forte favoured restoration of processes of digestion according to coprogram, normalization of the content of carbohydrates in feces; - Application of a probiotic florin forte in treatment of patients with acute intestinal infections causes reduction of terms of intoxication and diarrheal syndrome, favors restoration of microflora and reduction of quantity of carbohydrates in feces. //the Text
